Whats the best virus protection for 2013?

I would suggest you to go with Comodo Antivurs 2013. I had lots of viruses & registry issues bundled up in my PC that couldn't be removed by any other Antivirus but Comodo. Has some great new technology and most importantly its free and you don't have to struggle with those upgrade alert messages anymore. glad I chose Comodo Antivirus over the others , Am happy with this one, my computer works like new now

McAfee. AHAHAHAHAHAH JK. no, don't even think about it. Just googling about it can give you 3 new viruses lol. The anti-viruses you hear alot (Norton, McAfee) are all just bloated junk that have built a reputation in the past, and are riding on that to support their pathetic products. John McAfee for example, built a simple program to remove trojans in the 1980's i believe. And now he's... Well google it for entertainment. I think he is a wanted fugitive for murder, drug transportation, and illegal weapons. Okay forget those antiviruses. Most of em are pretty shitty programs to begin with, but often, they root themselves DEEP within ur operating system so that even when you uninstall them, they can continue to spy on you and pester you with renewal offers. Here are your professional grade antiviruses. They are the ones that can truly protect ya. 1) Windows Security Essentials (free, but very highly rated) 2) Avast! (comes in free and paid subscription. This is the one I am using. It is effective and highly lightweight) 3) AVG (probably the most famous around techie circles and IT specialists. Never used it cuz i was satisfied with Avast, but worth a look) If you want a registry fixer, try CCleaner. But seriously, once u screw up ur registry, might as well clean install Windows.

There are three really good Anti virus softwares out there right now. Unfortunately, they are not free but they are pretty good. Three products that I really like are Bitdefender Antivirus Plus 2013, Norton AntiVirus (2013), and Webroot SecureAnywhere Antivirus 2013. I use Norton AntiVirus but I hear BitDefender is really good right now. Hope this helped.
