well my little sister used to suck her 2 fingers until she was 7 we made her quit by giving it a nasty taste like really really hot pepper dippents on what you don't like and also you can start chewing loads of gum to get your mouth moving

well you could do what my friend does he byes gum and then chews it when evern you can and that stopped him from bitting his nails unless he didn't have gum of course but hey that was a good idea
