I am being wondering if is there any chemical \ product can protect steel from being rusted by water??? I mean any chemical which protect water pipes from being rusted?? ...show more

Zinc works best as a sacrificial metal. Depending on where the pipes are and what they are used for, the easiest thing would be to prime and paint with Rustoleum paint.
