What size skateboard deck should I get?

mostly preference, but if you have bigger feet you might want a bit of a wider board. I'm 6 feet 160lbs size 9.5 shoes and I like 7 3/4. Maybe you would like Either 7 7/8ths or 8 sized board. Wider boards are good for skating bowls and pipes, but a thinner board gives you more potential for tech tricks cuz the board flips faster. Mostly just pick what feels comfortable under your feet Go to your local shop and stand on a couple boards to see how they feel. If you're still not sure I'd go with the 7 7/8ths board and then go bigger or smaller from there depending on how you like it and what you use it for.

Don't get an 8, thats a little 2 wide for street skating anything. A 7 7/8 or anything around that should be good.
