How much vitex should I take and how long?

Did any one have positive pregnancy with Vitex? If so how long did you take it?

    I recently started taking vitex a month ago. My periods are really irregular. I took vitex and within 10 days I started my period. So I think its starting to have some affect on me, I'm just waiting to get a positive. Good luck and hope you get a positive soon! Keep us informed with your success. I started taking Vitex about 3 weeks ago, and I feel that it has helped to regulate my period. I too have potsed questions on Vitex here without many results, but I can say that I did find one woman on here who said that she received a + pregnancy test. I have also read many testimonials on the internet with people speaking about their positive results, and how they conceived within months. I know it's not what you were looking for, but I hope it helped.
