    I believe even e21's Inshore Carrot Stix have problems like their regular bass rods. Never heard of Redbone. St. Croix on the other hand... is definitely the best you got listed and their inshore series of rods are excellent.

honestly, ugly stik makes a very good rod and they are very affordable, I just purchased a 7ft one piecer for $50 and I plan to use it on bays and marshes and such for striper, i have it paired with a penn fierce frc5000 and it is a very balanced combo, I am going to run 30lb braid on it but 20 would work just as well, the rod itself is rated for 12-30lb line and 1/2oz--5 or 6oz lures, I've never seen anyone break an ugly stik personally and they have a good manufacturers warranty from what I hear, good luck and tight lines

Check out Kevin Bogan's custom E-glass. Nowhere near the price of these other rods, and when compared to Seeker and Calstar, they match right up.

Shimano is very good but i have a penn which i like a lot.

Been saltwater fishing for 30 yrs,I have several rods that are top quality rods,they are Seeker,calstar, Chocolate sabre rods,(now owned by Penn)Loomis are costly.Stick with "E" glass and not carbon fiber. These rods have superior components.
