it could be the cold air. is triggering allergies or it can be sinus. first before you spend money on a stupid dr. i would try this first. try to cover your nose so its not cold when you run? if that don't help then i would try a allergy if that don't help try a suitafed. then if nothing helps see a dr. to give you something
