Why is my yahoo page not on a full screen?

Why can I only access My Yahoo! page from the home screen?

From the mail screen you use to have some Icons to send you to other pages. One of them were My Yahoo! I can't find it anywhere except form the home page after ticking more yahoo ...show more

I heard a gift horses whisper Just call yahoo and say you want the regular yahoo not the International Everything United States Yahoo.com I also have those icons in the tops of my yahoo pages and had to go to a Different Countries yahoo and add my Yahoo to my quick links. Calling my dentist and requesting a Non Dental Appointment and if i get one talk of having there office be a host to my Computer! They have gobs of magazine subscriptions and they most likely have a large supply of Internet friendly cookies i can get them to down load to my computer. Having the right cookies java Allows for a improved Style of internet when it comes to Yahoo.
