How do I change my greeting on my Yahoo home page?

I keep getting Yahoo 404 not found as my home page and cannot change my home page, HELP?

I click on Properties and change home page and it keeps going back to Yahoo 404 not found page

AT THIS MOMENT YAHOO IS DOWN-----AGAIN!---I DON'T KNOW WHAT NUMBER IT IS------BUT IT SURE MESSES UP MY DESK TOP ALOT--WHERE I HAVE TO GO INTO THE SETTINGS AND FIX THE BITS--ITS GETS OLD----AND I DON'T LIKE THE NEW HOME PAGE EITHER----SO WE'RE HAVING A BAD YAHOO DAY ALTOGETHER!!!!!! -- SURE AM HOPING SOMEONE WILL ANSWER YOURS AND MY ISSUES-----GOOD LUCK
