How can I use my PC with a wireless printer?

I have a macbook, a pc (windows xp), a printer (bizhub 162). I want print from my macbook with wifi connection (mac connected to pc). But this printer have not drivers for OS... How can I use the printer with my macbook using wifi connectione mac-pc?
