Can you recommend a good hostel in Rome?

How many days is enough to spend in Rome, Italy? Could you also recommend a good youth hostel for me?

    i would say you need a week in rome .. at least .. i love rome! and as sor a hostel you could stay at hostel beautiful in downtown rome, its my uncles hostel and its seconds from termini station (Via Napoleone III No. 35) since it so close to termini its not the quitest place to stay ..

I would spend a minimum of 4 days in rome. You can stay at the beehive hostel...the owners are american and really nice...it's like 5 minutes from the colloseum.
