first u will need to rid the source of the gum disease the bacteria needs to go ...penicillan will do the job if u can get it 500mg every 12hours for 4 days should do the trick if ur not allergic to it. that will kill the bacteria ..then change ur toothbrush so that same bacteria dont reenter
