wow 50% concession.. I wish i had that certificate.. what does it take to get an SC/ST certificate.. is there an exam for this? does such a concession exist in France too?

Before buying the ticket, u must show an evidence proving that u're SC or ST ! Then, u got contact d Station Master of your city's railway station ! He would issue you a letter , which would be valid for every time , u come to buy a ticket ! U hav to show the letter, and concession would b made available to u ! Yes, there r some concessions, but, it isn't 75% .. It's less than 50%, my friend !
