    I have been to India couple of times and have visited Agra & Delhi city. I love the Qutub Minar of Delhi. I just can't explain the beauty of Taj Mahal. I was just speechless while I visited here in a full moon night. As you have asked about best time then I would love to tell you that plan your trip in winter or early summer. In rainy season it would be too problematic to travel around due to heavy rain fall.

the delhi winters are really very cold. but you'll enjoy it here. i'd agree with another user who advised you to in to KASHMIR. Its a beautiful place. I been there twice. Love the people. They're just so sweet and warm. And the place is mindblowing! I just love kashmir. Paradise of earth!
