Yes. 1. Take three identical shots of the scene. 2. Open the photos in Photoshop. 3. Adjust the first photo's exposure to make it look slightly underexposed. 4. Adjust the second photo's exposure to make it slightly overexposed. 5. Do not adjust the third photo. 6. Multiply all three photos together in a single image.

Some cameras can. If you have bracketing it's really easy. Even if you don't, as long as you have exposure compensation you can create images at different exposures. What you will need though is a tripod as you need to produce two or more images that are identical except they are taken at different shutter speeds.

If your camera has Aperture priority mode, you can shoot your images by controlling the stop value through shutter speed. Google and download trial (stand alone) HDR softwares for practice .
