I feed mine 1x/day. I mix up the food as to not give the same meal every day. I use a mixture of formula 1 and 2, mysis shrimp, emerald entree all frozen. as well as flake /pellet. I have 14 different fish in my tank including a mandarin, I usually hatch brine shrimp nuplii on a regular weekly basis. fish fish seem to be thriving.
