How can i put my JL Audio subwoofer in my home theater system and get enough power to it?
-
Obviously the 105 watts per channel isn't enough to power the 500 watt rms sub

Answer:
The obvious answer is to get an external amplifier, If you want 500 watts and only have 105 watts. You might be able to bridge 2 of your channels depending on your receiver. I assume you want a cheaper solution though. I have replaced the sub in a box speaker before with my old car audio subs and was pleasantly surprised.
