Why is Netflix not connecting?

  The RCA Blu Ray player probably does not have a very good Wireless adapter but still needs lots of bandwidth for Netflix... newer devises like the Roku; smart phones and tablets have ways of prioritizing themselves for band width some even have dual wireless receivers inside to assure connection and needed speed....so the RCA Blu ray player probably gets pushed aside by other devises that are more sophisticated...one solution would be to hard wire the blu ray to the router using Cat 6 cable...another would be to get a more powerful faster router like a n900 or even a N600 should help depending on how many people use the wireless connection at the same time....also the speed of your internet connection also could be an issue....getting a faster internet speed could help but you probably would still need a more powerful router to take advantage of the newer speed....
