I have a system in my car. What kind of speakers are better?

I have a system in my car. what kiind of speakers are better? what do i need to match? 4 ohms or 2?

• are 2 ohm subs better or 4? and why? 2 12' is what i have/need

  It completely depends on the capability of your amplifier. Do you have a 4 ohm amp? If so, then you will need 4 ohm speakers connected in series. If you amp is capable of handling 2 ohms then you can either use 2 ohm speakers connected in series, or 4 ohm speakers connected in parallel. The impedance of the speakers has more to do with the application of the speaker than the sound that it creates. Typically a 2 ohm speaker is more efficient, but that doesn't necessarily mean it will sound better.
