I have bell high speed and i can watch my netflix all over the house with no buffering delays and by the way netflix always has buffering delays no matter what type of internet you have its netflix.....

Well, we have DSL at my house currently with a 6 Mbps rate (though it's often a bit slower than that), and we can stream on multiple devices without it being too bad. You would probably want to get something a bit faster, like cable or FIOS internet service at 15 Mbps or above.
