    All you have to do is keep yourself motivated. Never skip breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Exercise every day for at least 30 min. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER before every meal. Drink a cup before you go to sleep and when you wake up . This will keep you from starving. Also, Read magazines about health and fitness or even put up a picture on your wall of your dream body.

First i would like to know about your age, weight, height and daily routine please. i ll suggest to diet and exercise for losing weight. its tough but this is the only option...so diet = slow and steady won the race. exercise is good and you can burn your daily intake by exercise and if you do your weight will reduce rapidly but this is not good..you have to lose weight slowly...for this i need your details ..

For weight loss, dieting is more effective than exercise. Reducing your intake of junk sugar will help. Try organic chicken because you need protein too get motivated and soy sauce vegetables and two organic eggs...this is a pefectly healthy break fest I have ate it for 2 years straight and had no problems. Now if you want too lose weight try the 4 times 4 method or aka old school new body. This excercise works out the core and all of the above.
