How can I fix my PSC 2355 All in one Printer?

Why wont my hp psc 2355 all in one printer not respond or print what i want it to print from the computer?

Try this. 1. First switch off and switch on your printer. 2. Goto Control Panel- Administrative Tools - Computer Management. Click on services and applications... Then click on services and applications in the right tab... scroll down to Print Spooler in the long list... Right Click Print Spooler and Click Restart. 3. Goto Printer and Faxes Folder. Double Click the icon of your printer 4. Click on Printer and Click Cancel All Documents. 5. This will help clearing response time and solve your problem.
