Is it to early to sign up for afs?

If i sign up for AFS (foreign exchange program), will my grades drop?

    Just to make some corrections, most programs with AFS do not require that students have any prior language knowledge of the country that they are hoping to go study in. It is true that students studying with AFS will be taking classes in a foreign language, but it's possible for students to work it out with their teachers so that they are graded on a pass/faill system so that their GPAs are not affected.
