I recorded a video on a dvd recorder, but the video information is on top of the video. Any way to remove?

If it is part of the video, the only way to remove it is a frame by frame removal of the elements that need to be removed. That is very time consuming and expensive to do. Another way you could do it is using a good Video Editing Program, place a mask over the elements, but in the end, it will look so amateurish, they will want their money back.
