torrents are illegal in only some countries. Windows 7 is definitely more than 450 mb. if you cant find it on piratebay, might as well just give up.

If you are downloading windows from internet, then it is obviously illegal. Go to the torrent sites like www.isohunt.com, www.fenopy.com. You will get the software, os, games, movies and so on.....

Best torrent sites are probably Piratebay, Demonoid, BTJunkie, and ISOHunt. If no luck on those, it'll be pretty hard to find torrent wise. You could always Google it, a webcrawler is a webcrawler.
