I use the Plantronics Calisto Pro. http://www.plantronics.com/north_america/en_US/products/home/telephone-headset-systems/calisto-pro It is a very cool wireless phone system that plugs into PSTN landline, and includes a wireless handset + Bluetooth headset link to the handset. It even has a USB connector that lets me connect to my PC so that I can make VoIP calls from my PC using the handset or headst. I believe the bluetooth headset can also be paired with another bluetooth device, such as your cell. It is pricey though. But worth it if you can afford it.
