I thought MP3 and Windows media player were different formats and therefore incompatable? I'm not really sure!

first see if your player is made to be synced with w m player ! like ipod is for itunes ... if yes .. see if your files (audio files) are mp3 or not ... most of the players play only mp3 files .. or look of any other spesific kind of file formats .. if everything fails .. call customer care ! ;)
