What is the best underwater or waterproof digital camera that takes good video for editing?

I would recommend the GoPro Helmet Hero Wide, it's fully waterproof to 30m due to the casing that is provided with it and you can take nearly an hour of video footage plus loads of 5 megapixel photos on a 2Gb SD card.
