Can I delete my iPhone photos once they've been uploaded to Google+ Instant Upload?

  • I want to archive my photos using Google + but I'm nervous about deleting them from the phone.

    Deleting the photos from my phone or tablet does not delete them from the backup folder on Google+ Photo. So you should be able to delete them safely from your iPhone.

On iOS, deleting photos from Apple's Photos.app will not affect photos uploaded to Google+ via AutoBackup.  If you ever accidentally delete a photo from Google+, you can recover it for a certain period of time by following these steps: https://support.google.com/plus/answer/2395305?hl=en

my friend, in case you do not know or stay on mars(just a joke)..google plus photos has been changed to just google photos,download the app from app store and save as many photos as you like for the rest of your life..its free...and their is a feature in google photos where you can automatically delete the photos after securely backing it up..hope this helps
