How to fix an inner door handle?

How do you fix the door handle on a 97 jeep wrangler that won't open from the outside?

  OK, there are 2 metal bars that are treaded on one end and a L shape on the other the L shape connects to the innner handle then to a clip (treaded end) pushes into, by the latch (your have to remove a square metal panel to get to this area, to reconnect the other latches if you cannot find then they are probalyy in the bottom of the door once you get the panels off it is pretty straight forward as youcan see most of the clips - hardest part.... making sure the latch rods do not catch the window carriers it is alot of trial and error but it can be done at home
