Nausea and vomiting are serious symptoms and can lead to dehydration. do not play around with that. Are you anxious about something? anxiety also causes nausea. If you want to stop nausea and vomiting I have found these to be helpful. 1. A peaceful enviroment and relaxation can relieve some nausea and vomiting. 2. Sometimes applying a cold wash cloth to your mouth can help stop the throwing up. 3. OTC meds like Kaopectate, Pepto-Bismol, Dramamine or Dramamine Less Drowsy 4. If you have to throw up just do it, sometimes the symptoms stop after you throw up. Nausea and vomiting may be signs of something else so see a more serious practitioner. I wish you good health!
