  I own an 89 Honda accord and the civics are just like and accord. They have the same parts, Tho from my research on your car prices for the pump can go any were from $90.99-$500.99 pending on what kind of fuel pump you have (Electronic, or not) or for the maker of the fuel pump with the quality of the product. Then if you take it in to a shop to get it fixed your looking at about 4-6 hours of work with the price of the pump. I would say total cost would be around (L=Labor P=Parts) $594L+$268.99P=$862.99 Price for 6 hours of labor. $396L+$268.99P=$658.99 For 4 hours of labor. This dose not include price for the filters, Wires (if needed replaced). I am also using a labor base of $99.00 an hour as most dealerships charge. I also did not include the charge that they do for the so called (Checking system) to see if that what is wrong with it (Various prices from $99-150+). Also used a decent fuel pump. You could do this your self if you have the tools+time, and make sure your tank is empty or you will be looking at allot of weight. Hope this helps.
