In California, I just got a traffic ticket. I want to do online traffic school but had a ticket 10 months ago?

on line or not you can only attend traffic school in CA once every 18months if you had to go to traffic school 10months ago than you're not eligible for traffic school online or in person .. depending what the tickets was for your best bet will be to plead not guilty hope the officer does not show up and you win your case if he does show up than you can ask the judge for an exception and let you attend traffic school. I know that if you go to court you give up your right to go to traffic school but that would be them forcing you to plead guilty so if the judge declines you can appeal. you can also try for a few extensions see if it puts you over the 18months but i doub this will work.
