What HID kit do I need for a 99 Civic?

  Hey there, You need low/high beams? Look for kits that say bi-xenon. Want a blue color? Best for you would be 8000K. This is the color temperature of the bulb. It will give you bright light, but look basically blue. Any higher, it starts to get a little dull. They really are easy to fit! If your not too handy with cars, even get a mechanic to fit for you, wouldn't take them more than 20 mins to half hour! So wouldn't even cost that much! And you will notice a MASSIVE difference! Well worth it! You will be looking for a HID kit, not just bulbs. Sometimes called conversion kits. But if says kit, will be everything you need!
