Is 19 credit hours for a second semester freshman too many?

Wow...you need to base your decisions on how well you did your first semester, what type classes you took and if what you're looking at now will fit with them. These are such cerebral/demanding classes!! I'm guessing you either want to spend 90% of your time divided between the library, labs and your dorm room, or this comes easy for you! Think back to first semester and ask yourself how stressful it was for you and if it was, do you want to put yourself through it again. Don't burn yourself out in your first year!!! You do want a bit of time just for yourself and a little fun. Gear down one class...I'd keep a no-brainer: 19th Century Art and drop the one with the toughest syllabus. Of course you also have to think of your end goal, but don't kill yourself getting there!! Good luck! : )
