Name and contact info should come at the top. On mine, it's fashioned as a letterhead. Work or education can be the first item, depending on either which is stronger or which you want to emphasize. Did you try googling 'sample resumes' or 'resumes (your field)' Sorry I don't have mine up so I could link you to it.
