  Do you want to sell advertising space, or charge companies money in exchange for each lead you send them? Either way, finding them is the same...search the web for a list of companies are are already spending money advertising for similar leads. To find them, let's say you sell vacation trips, google "buy vacation package" or something. See who is running Adwords ads. Go to their sites, get their phone numbers and email addresses, if available, and ask them if they would also consider buying leads from you or advertising on your relevant website. For selling leads, there are also lead-selling networks who will also buy leads from you, or match you with lead buyers. you make less money per lead this way but it saves some of the hassle of finding and managing the sales of leads. Personally, I would rather just sell the leads because you're asking your buyers to take less of a leap of faith in you since they are only paying for actual leads, which makes it an easier sale. Also, you can sell the same lead to 2-3 different buyers (or charge more for exclusive leads) or to 2-3 different types of service companies and probably make more than selling ad space like Mint. But it all depends on how you want to do it and what works best for you.
