    It probably depends on what type of company you're trying to get a job with, but it'll still stick out as at least something different. It's not all about academics when it comes to job searching- it's greatly about experience and internships. No, this one's not exactly an internship unless you're maybe going into management or hospitality, but it's still an interesting way to spend a semester.

Honestly... the DCP is nothing more than an over-hyped paid internship. It sort of depends on what your field of study is, but for most things, there are better internships, most of which don't involve doing a bunch of menial customer service jobs.

wow, that was hard to follow. i have to say, i didnt understand much of the question, but employers prefer the applicant with the BEST schooling- which wouldnt be disney. i didnt even know they had a program, but youre better off going to a real school and getting a well-rounded education; disney is likely just trying to make even more money.
