Due to getting a visa, i require lots of copies of a passport photo for i.d cards and whatnot. My actual passport one was done a few years back, so i need to retake new ones this ...show more

Hair doesnt really matter. Makeup? No. Photos should be taken inside on a white background. Headscarfs, glasses, hats and anything else that might obstruct view of your face must be removed. Photo paper should be used. And Yes, you can use Photoshop to remove red eye, but this only. You shouldnt use Photoshop to change your appearance. Good luck!
