Why can't I open my received attachment?

I can there is attachment, but i cant view the attached file name and cant dowload it.?

i have email with attachment sign, cant see what is attchment, cant see the attach file name, so i cant down load it.

It's the new email system that's doing it. You probably log on using a bookmark? Try this. Google Yahoo, go to their main website, click on Mail and then log in through that portal. Then try to open your attachments. Bookmark this new page. If you compare the new URL with the one where you can't download the attachment you will find they are slightly different.
