How can I get rid of my yahoo photo's and attachments?

Please i need to get rid of and delete the photos and attachments in yahoo mail please help me nothing works?

    Easiest way to delete them is to open your antivirus McAfee then on the left side click Maintain Computer. In the section McAfee Quick clean click start.
