When is the least expensive time to fly to Manzanillo, Mexico?

When is it the cheapest time to go to Mexico: Manzanillo? Cancun? Los Cabos? and Puerto Vallarta?

    Well June , july and august are the rainy months. Mosquitos and high humidity prevail as well. What good is the price when the weather is bad. Febuary is heaven and the winter tourist season is somewhat winding down. I personally use orbitz but I think they are all the same

If you see a nice hotel, check their individual web site. Generally the cheapest month is when you are most likely to get caught in a monsoon. I would stick with June (even July is risky).
