  You need the password from your email account. If you've set your account to "Stay Signed In" then you may have forgotten what it is, and you'll need to Sign Out then attempt to Sign In again and click the Password Reset options. For that you'll need to know the answers to your security questions or whatever else you used when you first set up the account.
