Check the "Memory Utilized" by your mail box. If you exceed their limit, you cant forward. For example, if you have used up already 1GB in Yahoo! mail, free up some space and then try. Because every mail is stored in your "Sent Items" including those bulky attachments.

Check the email address you are sending to. Also are you mass emailing, yahoo doesnt allow you to mass email. Is this in your webmail or another program like Outlook? If webmail use the above criteria.
