Disney would be an expensive cruise. They offer few discounts. Cruising during the off-peak season is your best hope to save money. The following cruise lines require that at least one person in each cabin is 18 or older: Cruise West, Cunard, Fred. Olsen Cruise Line, SeaDream, Star Clippers and Uniworld. I would call the cruise line direct. Try Royal Caribbean first.

Disney is the only line that lets unsupervised 18-year-olds cruise. It's the most-expensive mass-market line and you'll have to pay double the fare, as cabins are sold double occupancy. You're probably looking at $2K just in cruise fare.
