How do I get out of the Imperial Majesty Scam?

It's a scam. A threat to the BBB will probably not get you anywhere because they've already been reported hundred's of times. Call them and tell them you want your money credited back to your credit card. Do not be nice, do not let them talk you into anything else. If they will not do this then, contact your state attorney general and your credit card company to see if you can do anything through them. This is a scam because any cruise you book with them would have been cheaper had you just used a regular travel agent and would have been a better quality cruise. They told you it would be a free cruise and then they charge your credit card. They keep delaying you when you try to book or tell you the week you want is not available. These people are out to cheat you out of your hard earned money. Hope it turns out well for you.

how do you know for sure it's a scam? I mean, perhaps they changed their policy or maybe it was in the original information when they sent the one free ticket. if you DO lose your money, just chalk this up to a learning experience. When my husband and I were your age we actually paid STICKER price for a car... so avoid that too... always check for fine print before you agree to pay for anything.
