    First and interior staterooms on Carnival have no windows, no portholes, and no natural light. When the lights are out it is pitch black. Carnival cabins are spacious enough for 2. With 4 adults can be tight. For excursions in Cozumel there are many jeep tours that will take you to some small ruins north of the island at Punta Sur State Refuge. They usually stop at a beach for some snorkeling as well. For Grand Cayman a tour to Stingray City is a ton of fun. I am biased :) but call an independent qualified cruise specialist. They can help you with all your questions and give advice on shore excursions. They can give you personalized service and great low prices.
