Ummmm, the US. That's it. There are other holidays that are similar in other countries, but the US celebrates US Thanksgiving...that's kinda the definition of it.

No other country celebrates the US version of thanksgiving, Canada celebrate there version of it in October. Many other countries have harvest celebrations, but again, they are nothing to do with any of the North American ones.
