Define shaking. Is it a wobbly tone coming out of your saxophone, or does it sound like metal hitting metal? If it's metal hitting metal you'll want to take it to a shop for a nice looking over. If it's a wobbly tone it's probably you. Did you play a lot already when you experienced this? If so, your embouchure just died for the day, it happens to the best of us. It's probably worth getting the sax checked out if the issue persists, that way you'll know whether or not it's you.
