The first name that popped up in my head when I saw your question was the Sartorialist. He's on the number 1 spot, so that intuitively makes me think the people who compiled the list know the scene pretty well. Scanning the rest confirmed that.  Most of them are probably also on Twitter and Instagram, given the reach of their blogs. Hope this helps. The best place to find influencers on instagram must be influencerdb dot net - http://www.influencerdb.net. It's a specialized tool exactly for this usecase. It's pretty new, but I use it frequently for my instagram marketing strategy. You can get detailled analytics for every existing instagram account or buy premium to use the database filters in a more extensive way.
